Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Ternary Health website and the information you submit through it. They do not themselves constitute an engagement agreement; client engagements are documented through a separate written engagement letter.

1. The website is informational

This website provides information about Ternary Health and our services. It does not itself constitute an offer of services, establish a client relationship, or create any obligation on either party. An application is a request for us to evaluate fit, not a commitment to engage.

2. Not medical advice

Content on this website — including sample reports, condition pages, and methodology pages — is educational and general in nature. It is not medical advice, is not a substitute for professional medical care, and should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition. See our Medical Disclaimer for details.

3. Engagements are separately documented

All Ternary Health client engagements are governed by a written engagement letter signed by both parties. The engagement letter, not these terms, defines the scope of work, pricing, confidentiality, data-handling obligations, and deliverables for any specific engagement.

4. Information you submit

By submitting an application through this website, you confirm that the information you provide is yours to provide, or that you have appropriate authority to provide it on behalf of another person (for example, a family member for whom you serve as caregiver). You acknowledge that the application form is designed to collect bounded information for fit assessment, and agree not to submit detailed medical records, full laboratory results, or genomic data through the public form.

Our handling of the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy and Security & Data Practices pages.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, methodology names (“The Ternary Method,” “Ternary Passport,” the nine-stage workflow), sample-report structure, and visual assets — is the property of Ternary Health or its licensors and may not be reproduced, republished, or adapted without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website in a way that: disrupts or interferes with its operation; attempts to access systems or data you are not authorized to access; submits false or impersonated information; or uses the site or its contents for unlawful purposes.

7. No warranty

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or available at all times. Content may be updated without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ternary Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page, with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.

10. Contact
