Three engagement tiers.
Published pricing, one number per tier. No contact-us-for-a-quote games. Choose based on the shape of the work, not the sticker.

A focused alternative to $15K+ annual retainers.
Most concierge health advisories start at $15,000 per year and bundle travel logistics, appointment booking, second opinions, and advocacy into a single opaque retainer. Ternary is different by design.
The Precision Deep Dive is a one-time engagement, priced as a deliberate contrast. The Ongoing Advisory picks up where the Deep Dive leaves off, when the case keeps evolving. Passport exists for households where more than one case needs attention — and is still priced below the floor of a PinnacleCare-style retainer.
No. Ternary Health is a private medical-research firm; we do not file insurance claims. Clients invest out-of-pocket, the same way they would for any specialized research or advisory engagement.
Yes. Published prices are the prices. Some cases with unusual scope (extreme records volume, multiple genomic datasets) may warrant a quoted extension, but that’s disclosed before any work begins, not billed after.
No. We only take on cases where we believe we can meaningfully advance the client’s situation. If we don’t think we’re the right fit, we say so — and where possible point toward alternatives.
For Deep Dives, payment is made at the start of the engagement after the engagement letter is signed. Advisory is billed monthly. Passport is billed annually or in two semi-annual installments.
Every accepted client provides the same standardized inputs — see the Ternary Core Dataset for the full schema: structured medical intake (including separate fields for prescription medications and supplements), the Ternary Core biomarker panel, genome raw data, wearable metrics, and vitals. The Core Dataset is gathered securely after acceptance, not on the public site.
